Its base is a classic Bonnel wire core, as well as a 2 cm thick PU foam board, placed on both sides. The core has 8 cm thick SKY CELL foam edge reinforcements along all four sides of the mattress.
ORTOLUX has a non-removable tufted cover that has anti-allergy protection and an edge hem. The composition of the cover is 60% cotton and 40% polyester.
The mattress is from the economy class, but with high-quality layers of PU foam and reinforcement from SKY CELL foam, it gets features of increased durability and long-term comfortable use.

Aloe Vera
The canvas, which contains essential oils of aloe vera, has an antibacterial effect and improves the functioning of the immune system. As a result of the reaction to body heat, the positive properties of this miraculous plant are maximally expressed, the skin is renewed, rejuvenated and kept naturally moist. Aloe vera also has anti-inflammatory properties, has an anti-stress and soothing effect on the skin.
Bonnel springs
A wire core that provides as much support and flexibility as your body likes, without tiring or blistering. A high-quality patented wire made of tempered steel with high resistance is used for the production of springs. The wire is 2.2 mm in diameter, the springs are interconnected by spirals with a high degree of flexibility, each spring is specially treated to achieve long-lasting elasticity and protection against breakage.
Sky Cell foam
A type of polyurethane foam with open cells, created by a special technology, foam that is more durable and resistant to mechanical influences. The open cell system allows fresh air to pass through continuously and thus ensures continuous ventilation and a healthy climate for the sleeper. Thanks to these properties of SKY CELL foam, vapors are not retained in the mattress, microorganisms, mites, mold and dust cannot develop in it, so a healthy sleep is guaranteed during the entire period of use.
